Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Balls

2 Cups Organic Almond Butter- room temperature

1 3/4 Cups Agave Nectar

3 Cups Bob’s Rolled Oats

2 1/4 Cup Vanilla Complete Powder

3 drops of Cinnamon Oil

Cinnamon powder and sea salt for sprinkling

Mix nut butter with Agave in heavy duty mixer with dough hooks

Depending on the consistency of the nut butter, add 1 ts. of  olive oil ,until protein powder and oats can mix together smoothly

Roll into balls, Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with a few grains of sea salt

Pack in small air tight containers, keeps in refrigerator for weeks!
